Our fast-growing dispatching services business is now looking for a Dispatcher to work with truck drivers and logistics companies. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same, and as such we are looking for someone with:
• Excellent customer services skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• The ability to think on your feet and solve problems as they arise
• Strong people skills

Your responsibilities will include but are by no means limited to:
• Providing superior customer service to truck divers by attending to their enquiries in a timely and efficient manner
• Communicating effectively and efficiently with drivers to resolve transport issues as they arise
• Liaising with fleet allocators to ensure all delivery requirements
• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with truck drivers and logistics companies

The ideal candidate we are looking for is someone with experience in the logistics and trucking industry either as a Truck Driver or familiar with the industry by other means with a commercial Driver’s License (essential).
Please note, this is a home-based fulltime role so, familiarity with technology and ability to pick up in-house software is essential, as is a fast internet connection and a quiet space to conduct work from.
