So one after the other, good friend after good friend has been automatically been getting the brand new launcher which has a (my opinion) worse lay out with some features added and a few eliminated. Nicely, I acquired it right this moment and in a mere forty five minutes found out the answer. Unfortunately, the best way I could do this was by having a again up of .minecraft from before the new launcher came out. Luckily, I will link a Mediafire download of the .jar it is advisable run the old launcher.
